We accept all major credit cards.
When your order has been confirmed and payment received, we will begin processing it. Your order will typically be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation. You’ll receive an email from us when your order has been received, as well as when it’s been shipped.
Please contact us immediately at hello@originalanimals.co.uk. If we have not yet shipped your order, we’ll do our best to help you. Please put your order number in the subject line.
If your order is damaged or incorrect, let us know right away
and we’ll issue a refund or replacement. Send an email to hello@originalanimals.co.uk and
include your order number, a description of the problem with a photo.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to ship your order within 3 days of receiving payment. UK orders typically arrive 2-4 days after shipping.
All orders include a tracking number that will be emailed to you from the courier.

You can track your order with the tracking link provided in your shipment notification email or by logging in to your account on originalanimals.co.uk.
If we have not shipped your order yet, we will do our best to help! Contact us immediately at hello@originalanimals.co.uk with your order number and new shipping address. Changes to shipping fees may apply.
RETURNS
If your artwork is damaged in shipping, please let us know and we will replace it (if stock allows), or refund you (see our refunds policy). Send us a photo of the damage from (hello@originalanimals.co.uk), along with your order number.
If your artwork is not damaged and you still want to return it, you can. However it must be packaged carefully in the same manner it was shipped to you. If it is returned to us in a damaged state, we will not provide a refund.
If something is not quite right with your item/s you’ve got 30 days from the order date to send back your items. Items must be unused, unsoiled, unwashed and in an unaltered condition and returned with their original packaging.
Visit our refunds policy page here, and follow the instructions to make your return. You will need to provide your order number and email address.
Items returned in an unsellable condition, I.E. incorrect packaging, damaged, dirty, missing items will be charged a handling fees.
You do need to pay for a return label, if the reason is fit or personal preference. However, if your item is damaged, please contact us hello@originalanimals.co.uk and we will send a pre-paid return label to you.
Once your return is received and inspected for damage, we will process your refund using the original method of payment. Refund payments can take anywhere between 2-5 days to receive. You will be notified via email as soon as the refund has been processed on our end.
