GENERAL

Currently, Original Animals products are available exclusively online at originalanimals.co.uk

You can pay with all major credit/debit cards or PayPal.

You’ll get a confirmation email right away. Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and Royal Mail International. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.

Yes (as long as it hasn’t shipped yet). Just email us at hello@originalanimals.co.uk
with your order number in the subject line, and we’ll sort it for you. If it has shipped, you’ll need to arrange a return or exchange.

If something’s not right, email us at hello@originalanimals.co.uk with your order number, a description, and a photo and we’ll arrange a return. If the mistake is ours, we’ll cover the shipping. Once we receive the item back (unworn, with all original packaging and tags), we’ll issue a replacement or refund.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

UK deliveries are handled through Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within 2-3 working days of posting.

Republic of Ireland deliveries are handled through Royal Mail International and should arrive within 3-5 working days of posting.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.

You can return items within 30 days providing they’re in mint condition with tags and original packaging. Start a return through our returns and exchanges page and we’ll get back to you ASAP with further instructions.

Return shipping fees are paid by the customer, but we will create a shipping label for you that will automatically deduct from your total refund. If your item is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly, we'll cover the return shipping cost.

We do not accept returns on clearance items, socks, undergarments or anything visibly worn, washed or with noticeable smells.

If your artwork is damaged in shipping, please let us know and we will replace it (if stock allows), or refund you. Send us a photo of the damage to (hello@originalanimals.co.uk), along with your order number.

If your artwork is not damaged and you still want to return it, you can (here). However it must be packaged carefully in the same manner it was shipped to you. If it is returned to us in a damaged state, we will not be able to provide a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected for damage, we will process your refund using the original method of payment. Refunds can take anywhere between 2-5 business days to receive. You will be notified via email as soon as the refund has been processed on our end.
