Returns & Exchanges
To start a return or exchange, please fill out this form and we’ll get back to you with return instructions ASAP.
You can return/exchange items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re in mint condition with tags and original packaging.
As a small business, we cannot (yet!) afford to cover shipping costs. However, we will create a shipping label for you that will automatically deduct from your total refund. Or, for exchanges, we'll send you a secure payment link for the shipping labels. Once we've received your original item back, we'll send your replacement out.
If the item is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly, we will cover the cost of the return/exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance items, socks, undergarments or anything visibly worn, washed or with noticeable smells.
