ARTIST NOTES
Treading water is a familiar feeling for many grapplers who have been training for a long time and hit a plateau. Everyone’s plateaus are different, but the effects are the same… a disorienting aimlessness, lack of progression, and missing sense of motivation.  The good news is that it’s usually an indicator you just need a bit of self-reflection time and re-alignment around your training goals. You’ll be back swimming in no time. Promise.
